Great vintage ad
Edie sure was a knockout. Check out her other Muriel ad in this posting: "60s Television Commercials 1965-66 (part 2)" where she appears to be made up to look like Marilyn Monroe.

Edie has it all!
Aside from being amazingly gorgeous, Edie Adams was also a wonderful actress and singer. I loved her in The Oscar (1966) where she was married to Ernest Borgnine's character, and also in The Apartment.
She was a knock-out beauty AND Mrs. Ernie Kovacs.

Edie Adams rocks
I don't smoke but I love Edith "Edie" Adams, wife of Ernie Kovacs. A great singer, she was also among the first TV archivists, saving 100's of priceless broadcasts featuring her husband. The commercial itself is a classic!
